Our experienced and professional reception staff would like you and your child to receive the care and attention that you deserve. They are available to schedule your visits, explain office policies, accept payments, record insurance information, and facilitate communication between patients and the clinical staff.

Our highly experienced in-house billing staff are available Monday thru Friday, from 9:00 to 5:00 to answer your questions and help solve payment problems. If necessary, they will assist your family with an individual payment plan to satisfy outstanding balances.

Patti joined our NEP family in 2009. She is a proven leader with extensive operational, marketing, financial and relationship building experience in corporate and small businesses spanning over 30 years. Patti brings to NEP the experience and motivation to successfully manage our patient satisfaction, day to day operations, employee relations, best business practices and new technology implementation. As a mother of two grown children she understands the importance of an efficient, compassionate pediatric practice.
