Practice Manger: Patti Delaney I joined the New England Pediatrics family in 2009. Having worked for over 30 years in corporate and small businesses, I find it a distinct pleasure to interact daily with the wonderful families in New England Pediatrics' care. My focus here is to ensure that patients are satisfied and receive the best care possible. I look for ways to better manage day to day operations, to enhance employee relations, to improve our patient services and to ensure the financial stability of the practice. In the coming year I will spearhead our migration from the paper chart to electronic medical records. Our aim is to improve access to personal health information, to provide more thorough and efficient patient care and to improve patient outcomes. As a mother of two grown children I fully understand the importance of an efficient yet compassionate pediatric practice. I enjoy traveling, gardening, skiing and reading. Reception Staff Our friendly and professional reception staff would like you and your child to receive the care and attention that you deserve at each encounter. The receptionists are available to schedule your visits, explain office policies, accept payments, record insurance information, and facilitate communication between patients and the clinical staff. |

Billing Staff Our highly experienced in-house billing staff is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to answer insurance questions, to help solve payment problems, and if necessary, to assist you with an individual payment plan to satisfy outstanding balances. |
